Applicants must have a minimum gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent.

Yes. $300.00 on approved credit.
What is the maximum deposit?
1.5x the monthly rent
What is the deposit disclaimer?
*Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent.

When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st day of the month and considered late after the 3rd day.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
$50 late fee after the 3rd day of the month, plus $5 per day thereafter.

Online Payments (Resident Portal).
What utilities are included?
Water, sewer, and trash are included. Residents are responsible for electric and internet/cable services.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Refrigerator and stove.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Two on-site laundry facilities are available for resident use.
What amenities are available for residents?
Pool and spa, basketball court, playground, and dog park.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Covered and uncovered parking spaces are available. Covered parking is $10 per month, and uncovered parking is free.

Yes, there is a dog park on-site.

Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request service?
Yes. On-site maintenance is available 24/7 for emergencies. Service requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.

Yes. Monthly resident events are hosted throughout the community. Follow us on social media, check community flyers, and watch for text and email updates for upcoming events.
